In order to volunteer and work with a cadet corps all adults (anyone 18+) are required to go through a screening process.
One of the main parts of the screening process for volunteers is the get a Police Record Check (PRC) to the level of Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) completed
After your Police record check is completed you then complete an application print it off and sign it and pass along to the corps sponsor who will complete the second half of the screening process. You can get a copy of the application here.
It is fillable and then you can print off to sign.
You will require two current Government ID's one of which must include your photo.
you will have to submit a head shot picture. (This is best submitted electronically). The easiest way is to get someone to take a picture of you similar to a passport photo, from shoulder up, with a phone camera. See silhouette to left as an example.)
